Vaughan leads LeapFrog Labs, LeapFrog’s dynamic R&D hub.
Vaughan is a business leader with deep experience in strategy development, partnerships and fundraising. Before LeapFrog he was CEO of Dartington Hall Trust, a UK charity stimulating initiatives in arts, sustainability and social justice. He is credited with significantly growing the organisation and extending its impact. Previously, Vaughan was at McKinsey & Co, covering consumer goods and retail across multiple markets. Before this, Vaughan was Deputy CEO at NCVO, the representative body for voluntary organisations in England; and Deputy Director at Shelter, a leading charity supporting the homeless.
Vaughan has an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Demography from London School of Economics, and an MA in Geography (Hons) from Oxford University. He is a trustee of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and holds various board appointments, including the Oxford University Humanities Advisory Board.
